Law Students’ Association Incorporated
The NZLSA is controlled by the NZLSA Council. The Council consists of an executive of five officers, together with the President and Competitions Officers from each of the regional Law Students Societies.
Each University is entitled to 2 votes each, meaning there are 10 voting representatives from the Universities. Each executive member is entitled to one vote. This makes a total of 15 on the Council.
The five executive officers, (President, Administrative Vice President, Treasurer, Competitions Vice President and Education Vice President) are elected annually at the NZLSA’s AGM, which is held at the NZLSA Conference in September.
